Top 100 Greatest Music Albums
by DDrizzles
This chart is influenced from my personal influences/preferences and what I believe to be good music. I tried not to be biased but some influenced my life too much to not be. I tried my best to find a median of personal and "professional" and this is the outcome.
I will continue updating with new/old albums once I get around to listening to them. There are still so many "classic" albums that I need to listen to deeply to give a fair rating. I will also update my reasons for their placement and short overall reviews in time.
!! I am currently looking for some great punk and alternative bands to listen to !!

Key Songs: I'm The Best, Roman's Revenge, Moment 4 Life, Here I Am
OK I know what you are thinking, "WTF really!?"
I know this is not the best album of all time.
But this is my one (maybe not just one) album that I cannot place anywhere else because it holds too much influence in my life. It came in a time where I was lost and did not really know what to do with my life, and the album along with Nicki's diligent working habit helped me focus on what mattered. Sounds crazy especially being someone that grew up with classic rock and punk music, but it helped me find a part of me that I always neglected and was not getting from other music.
Now if you can get past the voices she does (I know its not everyone's thing) and actually listen, there are some tracks on here that really showcase artistry. The second verse on "I'm The Best" is phenomenal and inspiring. "Roman's Revenge" & "Did It On 'Em" show a more aggressive side while songs like "Right Thru Me" & "Save Me" give an introspective personal approach. "Moment 4 Life" is probably the song most people would enjoy on the album, it has great lyrics and a great flow. My personal favorite is "Here I Am", it has an old school feel beat and there are no gimmicks just a rapper speaking from the heart, the second verse in this is amazing.
as someone with a punk background I personally always listen to this as her laying down the groundwork for someone or her to perform this in an elevated way. The attitude is there but gets lost in the production as does most commercial music. [First added to this chart: 05/23/2015]

I think if you broaden your musical knowledge a bit, this could be a 10/10 list. You want some punk? Today I’ve been listening Raw Power by The Stooges, really a classic. The band Love also has some great proto punk on Da Capo.
