I like this chart, but some of the notes made me laugh. Tame Impala "revolutionary"? If you call basing a whole career around 'Across the Universe' "revolutionary", fair enough. Apologies, I'm just being a prick as per usual and picking holes. Nice to see The Books here, and The Refused, The Ronettes, Ornette. Wish there were more albums I hadn't heard so that I could maybe grab some recommendations, but alas. Anyway, I'd highly recommend Faraquet's The View from this Tower if you've not heard it, think it would be right up your alley. Peace.

Seriously I can't imagine you not loving I Am A Bird Now. It's dark as fuck, the voice is beyond-words-good, and it's my #2 ever anyway so you'd better like it ok

I hadn't checked out your list in a while, clearly. To be honest I think I have listened to most of it (but hey, that's why ratings are subjective, many people here will say the same about mine), so it's always a bit disappointing. That said, there's plenty of rock from plenty of decades, so it's cool.

I won't hide that I died a little inside when I saw Legend, though. The Wailers deserve better than this! Really, the fact that the only band on the site with their greatest hits album ranked as their best is a reggae band can't be a coincidence. Even Queen's not ranked so high, and god knows Queen's albums are uneven as fuck. So yeah, people don't take reggae seriously enough, and most of them will just listen to Legend and think they've listened to everything from the genre. Don't get me wrong, I'm not accusing you of anything, it's just my interpretation of a fact, and considering you love Marley, I urge (is that a word? I hope so) you to, first of all, listen to The Wailers' discography, and also check Nezzle's and NoWaxJim's decade and custom charts to discover the genre. I guarantee you you'll find some music which you didn't even know could be so awesome ;-)

Also I had never heard of Peace and We Are Scientist before, and your descriptions seem cool (I really ought to write comments myself), so I'll check them out. Thanks for that.

Anyway it's a really cool chart you've got here. Don't stop listening, man! :D

This, alongside Suedeswede's twee-oriented rym chart, are some of the most impactful music-resources I've ever come across. She might not know it, but she's effectively the #1 online means through which to explore twee, jangle, and "sweet" music across the board- the work she does is unparalled. I (and certainly others) have her to thank for many discoveries.

Saw your picnic chart and it got me interested. Not what I expected though. 21st century heavy, which is ok but I think there are great albums in the 70s and 80s too which aren't mentioned here, just a bit non diverse.
