"What, is it not cool to like The Lumineers anymore? I think they over-delivered. Tell me that you don't want to be at a rock show seeing Gun Song, and I will slap you."  Reply

"Beautiful, evocative album which is a maelstrom of all of 4ADs greatest bands (circa mide Eightees) and indeed, a number contributed, including DCD and Cocteau Twisns. This is the best of their 3 albums - lots to get into here - listen in a darkened room with plenty of atmosphere."  Reply

"On Reflection, Time To Kill and His Last Voyage are among my favorite GG songs. Those three songs are all amazing and all very different from one another. Gentle Giant has a way of always surprising you and proposing new ways to do songs. I think "Free Hand" is one of their best albums because it..."  [+]  Reply

"Another, what I would say competent album from Depeche Mode, although, again, unspectacular. As with most DM albums it starts to run out of steam towards the end. 10 tracks instead of 12 would have been better. The other problem with latter day Depeche Mode is the lack of that killer song. They h..."  [+]  Reply

"Needs reappraisal, a handful of great tunes. In my own time, ordinary dream, melting in the sun and long time gone are right up there, only the schmaltz of a couple of ordinary ballads weaken the set"  Reply

"Didn't realize that I never reviewed this before. This is unlike anything Future has put out before. It's an experiment that, in my opinion, worked. I enjoy Future's voice whether he's rapping or singing and he does well doing both on this album. The subject matter can be a bit pompous at times a..."  [+]  Reply

"People are always on their asses about sounding to much like Led Zeppelin. You know what I say, "SO F'n WHAT!" I like Led Zeppelin, so yes I enjoy this music and they are talented and I hope they keep sounding like Led Zeppelin for their entire long career. Long Live GVF! "I'll try to answer jackbrown8786's question about how someone could think this album is better than Machine Head. The thing is, if you are into 60's psychedelic music that has prog tendencies (Syd Barrett's Pink Floyd, The Moody Blues, Caravan), then you might enjoy this album better than a more ..."  [+]  Reply
