Top 63 Greatest Music Albums

I decided to review albums in a more formulaic way. I rate every song on the album from 1-10, then after I listen to the entire album I rate the album as an overall listening experience. Once I get the total number of song ratings + album experience, I divide it by the number of songs + the album experience.
For example:
King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King.
21st Century Schizoid Man - 9
I Talk to the Wind - 10
Epitaph - 9
Moonchild - 7
The Court of the Crimson King - 9
Album Experience - 10
9+10+9+7+9+10 = 54
54/6 = 9.00
