"These are simply some of the most personal, affecting rock songs ever written. Not personal in the sense of "feel my pain" -- but in the sense of "I love music." Petty here wants to share his favorite types of song styles with the listener. Since he was once such a radio star,..."  [+]  Reply

"An, exile on main st., for the nineties. It's categorised as alt.country but in truth it's just good old rock'n'roll. Opener, misunderstood,, gets things off on a strong note, and from there on it's a great fun rock record, from the acoustic, far far away, to the ballsy, outta site. The LP is ful..."  [+]  Reply

"First three, Spread Your Wings and It's Late are all amazing. While I was expecting weak album tracks in comparison to the two giants looming over this album, these are all pretty good. None I would describe as weak or an after thought. Huge step up from A Day At The Races."  Reply

"It's no Lemonade but it's pretty cool, especially the back half. It all flows together nicely like an endless dance club night out haha. Have been to a few haha, dancing in public isn't for me but I can see the appeal. They could literally just play this entire album and it'd be about the same as..."  [+]  Reply

"I really enjoyed all 3 of their 2017 releases, but it really felt like they came into their own on this one. This is their most experimental and cohesive effort to date, with each member standing out multiple times, strong hooks on nearly every song, and socially and personally conscious lyrics....."  [+]  Reply

"This first time I listened to this album I didn't exactly love it, but I also thought it was one of the better releases from Weezer. I really liked Everything Will Be Alright In The End, which was probably my third favourite Weezer album next to The Blue Album, and Pinkerton. After a few listens ..."  [+]  Reply

"The second of The Jam's three masterpieces, setting sons, is a rip roaring record full of energy and great songs. The Who influences are still there but they sound more and more like themselves with each release. The album starts frantically with the three song blitz of, girl on the phone, thick ..."  [+]  Reply
