I dig the Viet Cong/ Preoccupations released but they don't make this tough cut. Bon Iver's latest was a close call. Cloud Nothing haven't aged well for me. Sounds like run of the mill Green Day with an edge but less melodic sense.
As for the Strokes. If they've released a good record this decade, I haven't heard it.

Some huge albums are missing (Viet Cong, Cloud Nothings, Bon Iver, The Strokes) but I need to explore this list a bit more before rating it.
Actualy I would give a 75/100 but I like I said, I need more time and informations.
