"Death Grips are one of the best new groups, that have risen up this decade and really stood up from the crowd. They got this abrasive, hard sound, in combination with somewhat dirty lyrics, which really make me excited for the future. I hope that a whole movement will erect from their ideas and w..."  [+]  Reply

"I first listened to this way back in February, via official stream, a week before the album was released. I knew nothing about Lykke Li at the time, didn't know what to expect, not in even in terms of genres, and there were no reviews at the time of course. But I was pleasantly surprised, I thoug..."  [+]  Reply

"Total, complete, engulfing immersion. Night time in a big city will never look the same once you play this; the sounds of the lights, the skyscrapers, the metro, the taxis, the people, all is delicately and potently captured. A haven for nocturne daydreams."  Reply

"This album is incredibly interesting to listen to. You have to be impressed by the sheer scope of it. I mean, These New Puritans use just about every instrument you can imagine, this album is almost like a minimalistic symphony of sorts. TNP keep kind of reinventing themselves over each album. "Given the time, and the fact that she kept busy with various appearances on other people's albums, I was beginning to wonder if she'd ever put out another of her own. What she's finally given us is an incredibly sparse and quiet record. Long-time partner David Rawlings really shines on this one, ..."  [+]  Reply

"I think this is my favourite Kozelek album. It's not perfect ('He Always Felt Like Dancing' is a little irritating, and the relentless click-track percussion of that song is sort of jarring when set against the rest of the album, but the way the melody slowly unfolds and reveals itself at the sam..."  [+]  Reply

"I really enjoy this album. They were finally able to mix that psychedelic 60's low-fi with some pop flavor to make it accessible. I'm calling that this album will be huge later on . . ."  Reply

"The longest Iron Maiden album so far. It's probably a bit overlong to be honest, but there is some good stuff here. The first two tracks are excellent, and Bruce Dickinson's, empire of the clouds, is extremely enjoyable. Not as good as they used to be, but still fun."  Reply

"A soothing, haunting sound from beginning to end. This album invokes so much feeling and emotion, and if I feel like listening to it I have to listen to it completely through every time. Songs like "Cutting My Fingers Off" and "I Would Hate You if I Could" cut deep and are absolutely gut wrenchin..."  [+]  Reply
