"Wow. I blinked for like two months in time buried in work and suddenly Tame Impala became one of the best and most popular bands out there. It's for good reason, Lonerism is outstanding. Within four songs it has you hooked, each with their own approach. They took all the complaints I have about I..." [More]

"The comments here are pretty spot on. I can usually make it about halfway through the album before I start to get distracted about how practically every song sounds like the same John Lennon song. Don't get me wrong, it's a good Lennon tune, but not one I want to hear 11 times. I'm hoping for som..." [More]

"Her accent coupled with her deadpan delivery is almost too good to be true. Add in the witty, one of a kind lyrics and dynamic guitars, and the result is my favorite album of the year so far. Very excited to see where her career goes (only up I'm sure)."

"This isn’t the best album I’ve heard Nick Cave make but it certainly is a good one, filled with comments on modern culture, including the prediction of Miley Cyrus’ death in a pool or something like that. Whether it’s the sweet sounds of “We Real Cool" or the clever, introspective lyrics of “Higg..." [More]

"It will take time to form a complete opinion or grade for this one. Listened to it 5 times with the eager expectation I take on anything by Nick Cave. And I have been totally captured and sometimes judging, trying in my mind short seconds- 'good, bad or excellent', - and then back to the experien..." [More]

"Another great album from the gizz! This one focuses on production and has a beautiful sound (I️ downloaded the lossless version. Based on the interviews they are obviously audiophile geeks and it shows with this album ). They add some electronics and atmosphere, coupled with prog rock. The whole ..." [More]

"I had high expectations for this album and it's even better than I hoped. The jamming nature of opening track Rattlesnake sets up the album allowing the listener to adjust to the microtonal sound and from then on it's a lot of fun. Immediately wanted to listen to it again after first listen."
