"It's monolithic. A massive, unique sound (punk quartet plus orchestra) that mostly lives up to the ambition of the songs. It feels conceptual too, like a Grand Statement. I love some songs more than others but the good ones are seriously good. Pain Killer is in my Top 10 songs of the year so far." Reply

"An intense and sprawling experience. The music is both heavy and delicate while the vocalist has a very raw, emotional characteristic that really pushes the album along strongly throughout its duration." Reply
"Silhouettes is an amazing song and takes up 1/4 of the album’s runtime. If the whole album were like it this would immediately make my top 50. Unfortunately the rest of the album is just OK. EDIT: Rest of the album wound up growing on me quite a bit" Reply
