Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. After #1, no real surprises. Lots of Dylan, but an honest chart.

I would order things differently myself but this is one list of albums I could find myself stranded on an island with and have no complaints ... Even Thriller could be put to good use as a tray for the drinks. All the others would get airplay.
It seems that you like Dylan a bit :p Otherwise, it's not a bad chart at all! Space Oddity is a strange number one, but why not? :)
