It was while compiling all my decade charts that I realized I had sweet fuck all albums from 2010 onward. So this is only showing albums I have. Those near the bottom of the chart are really not worthy of being within a top 100 list but until I have more to displace them, they can have their time in the sun

88.00 Great album for when your mind wants to drift. Puts me in a serene happy place. It just takes you along for the ride. One thing I've found with Elbow is that when in the mood it's total perfection. Serenity now.

80.45* No musical over complications. Closest thing they've done to a classic/stoner/groove metal sound. Even verging on a mild doom vibe at times. My favorite Mastodon album. Was also the first of their's I got. Prefer it over their earlier one's. 03/24

At first I thought this was gonna be just another stock standard metal album. But the subtle differences in the tracks actually give them really good variance. Way better than expected and is growing on me nicely.

75.29* Great vocalist. Great guitarist. First song (title track) is an absolute cracker. However, even though there are a few other decent tracks, most songs seem to lack that certain hook to reel you in. It's way to long an album, for when listening to in one sitting, by halfway you've become bored due to the difference of song structure and sound being slim. 03/24

75.00 Good album to listen to when you're in that mellow & chill mood. There are touches of World music throughout but I would put this more into a serene tranquil rock category. Enjoyable album. 11/22

73.00 I think the praise and accolades that came with this when it was released were a bit overrated. The tracks have the same tone pretty much throughout. Individually the songs are good but when listened to as a whole, it has a very similar feel. Good noise for a 2 piece though. 01/23

Solo album from Tull frontman. He's got such a distinctive voice and there's plenty of flute happening that you can't mistake that it's Tull related in some way. Parts of it sound like music from a medieval court but with a few modern instruments added for a heavier edge. I'm liking it better than quite a few Tull albums. More refined and polished
