This list is updated continously. I am in the process of going through at least 20 albums each year thoroughly listening to albums I haven't heard from other peoples list. I listen to a lot of instrumental music: Jazz, electronic, ambient, instrumental rock and so on. When I hear songs, I focus on the music over the lyrics for the most part.

Twigs takes everything that's great about the genre, updates it and makes it her own. Her subsequent albums are also great, but this hits me in the feels like nothing else.
