very good chart.
good music with "typical 80´s bands".
I just wish more different bands: It´s Ok to have The Cure as the top band of the 80`s but 8 albums of the same band makes the chart boring to reed,,,

A unique and fascinating take on the eighties. Yours is far heavier on British pop than mine is, which makes good sense since we're across the pond from one another. Your chart reminds me that I need to dig more deeply into Brian Eno's various collaborations in the eighties, as I think I haven't given that stuff enough of my attention.
