"Terrific album I’ve owned since the early 80s. Has concert staples such as Sinner and Diamonds and Rust (Joan Baez cover). Has the wonderful ballad Last Rose of Summer coupled with the proto-thrash metal Dissident Aggressor. I’d say this album, along with Sad Wings, is a must in anyone’s collection." [+] Reply

"Unless your name is Marley, your chances of having a well known reggae album in the US are slim and none. Which is too bad, because Culture was one of the best reggae bands you'd ever hear. Two Sevens Clash was born as a vision by singer Joseph Hill, predicting that the date 7/7/77 would be a hol..." [+] Reply

"Energy, fire and skill. What makes it great to me, or rather, confirms it is that every one I spoke to when it came out had a different favourite track. Terse, violent slashing chords from Weller with great bass and drums counterpoint. Highly underrated. The Jam's best album IMHO." Reply

"If you’ve listened to Mothership Connection and passed on this, you’ve made an error. Funkentelechy easily blows MC out of the water. MC doesn’t have anything half as good as “Flash Light”, for starters." Reply

"My favorite Lizzy album. It's not completely perfect, but I can't help but absolutely love it. Lynott's personality has never been better, and that goes along with the fantastic songwriting and instrumental work. Best track - Either "Bad Reputation", "Opium Trail", or "Killer Without a Cause"." Reply

"Another great record by an often misunderstood and derided songstress. She was moving past pretty music into the realm of experimentation. You have to give her credit for that even is you don't understand what she is doing." Reply

"A classic soundtrack composed by a master of the genre." Reply
"Hands down the best Cheap Trick studio album It’s absolutely mind blowing that tracks such as “ Downed” (with the classic lines ‘I’m gonna live on a mountain/ Way down under in Australia/ It’s either that or suicide’ which is eerily similar to lyrics from Bob Dylans “Outlaw Blues” .... ‘Well I wi..."
