Then I realized it's because I've been listening to bootleg version of this album all along! *MIND BLOWN* Extraordinary Machine has two versions - the bootleg Jon Brion version and the official Mik..."  [+]  Reply

"“Shhhh….“ She whispered. “You need to keep it secret”, she said wide-eyed and with total sincerity. “The unikitty came last night. I saw him!” No album captures the world through my children’s eyes quite like this. A world where bunnies hop around the world hiding dayglo painted eggs under furnit..."  [+]  Reply

"My friend said "ugh! Sounds like it's underwater. I don't like it.". Ah...yeah, I thought, that's why I like it. I went through a faze of falling asleep to this album every night."  Reply

"There is a lot to appreciate in the electronic mastery of Sweden's Axel Willner. I'm a big fan of most of his LP releases but this one stands out as a truly exceptional piece of work. His use of loops can easily repel the casual listener who doesn't appreciate the intricacies of electronic music...."  [+]  Reply

"The Foos becoming their own band, for better or worse. First 5 songs are great, but the whole album could be about 10 minutes shorter if they trimmed the fat on each track a bit. The production here just feels right, but the songs go on and on."  Reply

"Dig, Lazarus, dig, is the closest that Nick Cave and the bad seeds got to the sound of his Grinderman side project. It's probably his most rocking album and another excellent one. The title track is superb, as is, today's lesson. Other highlights are, we call upon the author, and, more news from ..."  [+]  Reply
