"Nothing great, nothing bad. Best tracks: Wrong, Peace, Fragile Tension, Miles Away." Reply
"Simple Kind of Life is where it's at. Wish I could write a song like Bathwater one day. Very Sparks type song that one. Fun stuff." Reply
"Pulp's final album tends to be overlooked, probably because it wasn't released during the Brit pop era, or maybe because it wasn't that successful. Having said that, we love life, is a good record. Some fine songs here in, the night that Minnie Timperley died, roadkill, and, sunrise, which are al..." [+] Reply

"Badu really lets loose on this one. None of her earlier albums thump like this one. Easily her most hip-hop influenced work. You feel the confidence on this record. However, I find it a tad unfocused at times. While I enjoy the freedom, a little more control would greatly enhance the sound." Reply

"I’m giving this a 75 but it’s probably closer to a 77 or 78. This album has held up really well. It’s a fun, well-written, pop record with an edge. It’s hard not to nod along to these tracks with a smile on your face. This is TBS at their best." Reply
"I'll compare it to In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. It's probably an album that would have a love/hate relationship with it's listeners, if it were more known about. Fortunately I'm on the love side. This is brilliant." Reply
"One of the most underrated albums ever created for me. Even though they dont invent or bring anything completely new to music. This is an astonishing piece of work, every song stands for itself, yet they work as a whole in the album." Reply
"A bit of a departure from their first two albums, The Back Room and An End Has A Start, to a more electronic sound. And it didn't really work for me. Although I do like Bricks And Mortar - great song." Reply
"Hardcore, Metal, Jazz, Post Punk sounding completely in sync with one another in a chaotic and complex masterpiece." Reply
"A combination of the neko heard on "blacklisted" and "fox confessor brings the flood" is on display here. "people got a lot of nerve" and "this tornado loves you" might just be the best 2 songs from any album. This album shows many sides to neko, from the poetic side "I'm an owl on the sill in th..."
