"Depeche Mode's debut album is full of throwaway pop with Vince Clarke at the helm. Obviously, just can't get enough, is a classic pop song, the rest is a combination of not bad and forgettable. It's funny listening to some of these songs, I mean, can you imagine Depeche Mode playing, what's your ..."  [+]  Reply

"Hearts and bones, was a huge commercial disappointment for Paul Simon, and was mainly written during his breakup with Carrie Fisher. Hearts and bones, had a contemporary sound, and contained some of Simon's greatest songs. The title track, is one of these, a beautiful acoustic song, it is one of ..."  [+]  Reply

"Underrated. It's slick, pop-orientated and a great set of songs. A step towards the delicate soundscapes of Tango but retaining some of the raw emotion of Rumours. It has arguably the best harmonies and vocal interplay on any Fleetwood Mac album, which is saying something! I love it. My favourite..."  [+]  Reply

"Certainly not for everyone, but for people who like metal, this is an absolute classic. These are some of the catchiest death metal songs ever written. The riffs are so unique sounding, and the vocals are more high pitched than your typical death metal vocalist, it kind of sounds like a demon is ..."  [+]  Reply

"Live 1975-1985 is a fantastic live document. Bruce Springsteen is off course one of the great live performers and this a wonderful box of delights for boss fans. Over three discs(5LP's), this is a spectacular rock'n'roll journey kicking off with the beautiful acoustic piano version of thunder roa..."  [+]  Reply

"I go the contrary direction on this album. After the dark and overproduced Time, this was a somewhat fun little breath of fresh air. In general, I appreciate the heaver, more serious albums, but in this case, this little diversion hits the spot."  Reply
