Holy moly, I didn't like this album when I first listened to it because I thought it was pretty boring, but after listening to it a bit more, I can confidently say that this is one of if not the best album ever made.

Maybe their strangest album but every song slaps hard. Some slower songs on this one but still as funky as always.

The best classic gangster rap album of all time. By probably the best hip hop group of all time. N.W.A. popularized the gangster rap scene and Wu-Tang perfected it.

I'm not the biggest Modest Mouse fan because I find a lot of their albums overstay their welcome a bit, but this album is great front to back. All killer no filler. Great Instruments, great vocals. Just great music.

It's taken me a few listens to fully get into this album, but when I finally did, it was really rewarding. I love how strange the songs are and the raw vocals of Tom sound great as always. Everytime you listen to this album you hear something new and I love that.

At first my favourite Kanye album was always College dropout or Yeezus. I stopped listening to him for a while due to circumstances. But I couldn't help but return to his earlier stuff because that shit is so good. If I want to chill and just be happy I put on this album. It's a shame what has become of Kanye and I hope he gets back on his meds and quits music.

"I don't know if I want to listen to this album" was what I thought after listening to the the first song for the first time. But the first song is just a weird electronic noise song, but something about it intrigued me into listening further and I'm glad i did, because this is a masterpiece.

My two favourite experimental hip hop artists released an album together and it slaps. I can't get enough of this album, the b-sides are amazing as well, i'm just saddened this album is so hard to get on cd.

This album has no skips. It's really emotional and the instrumentals can go from warm to sounding like they're destroying the microphone. This album is equally as good as Mount Eerie by The Microphones, but this The Glow is just slightly better. Phil Elverum is just a really talented guy and his music clearly shows all his capability's.

Definitely the most experimental hip hop album ever made. The album cover really matches the music, it sounds like something terrible is coming or has already happened and you're living through it and going through all the emotions. Some beats on the album are almost not even beats anymore but Parker Corey manages to make it into something cohesive, Richie's flow on some of the songs is insane as well. Probably the best album about grief ever made.
