First of all, thanks for taking a look at my work!
I am listening to quite a lot of new artists and albums and this chart is likely to evolve. But its aim remains showing my favorites.
Any feedback or advice is welcome.

This is the first album that made me feel like I was not only listening to music I liked, but to an objective masterpiece.

The album that made progressive metal. Pull Me Under and Take the Time are such wonderful songs that I never thought I'd ever listen to some.

I wasn't favorable at first sight, but a fan of rock music just cannot succeed in not liking this record. Radiohead sometimes seems overrated, but bands like Muse or Coldplay wouldn't exist without The Bends.

What to say? These guys just do it. RATM is one of the only bands that strongly made me want to say "Thank you, thank you for writing these songs."

Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).

very personal chart with four metallica albums in the top ten. I used to have four pink floyd albums in my top ten so i understand where its coming from. Very nice chart

To thyself be true. And that is true of this chart. It is very personal and real. It clearly represents what you like. I like it. I would urge you to listen to some music pre-80s/90s. Some amazing music was made between the 50s and 90s. Plenty of metal and hard rock and old-fashioned rock and roll. Still you're young. Plenty of time to broaden your horizons. Good chart.

Ride the Lightning is the best Metallica album EVER. Justice is also my number 2 'tallica album! Also 21 in common and you have a dose of diversity in your chart. The thing I don't like is that there are no pre 80s albums. Top 10 is splendid though!

It's refreshing to see a chart like this. I can tell you love the albums you've chosen here and you don't care if you missing what other people may view as "classics".
I also appreciate your love of Metallica as they aren't always a favorite here, but Death Magnetic above Master of Puppets? :P

I totally agree with 9680349867 Metallica albums in your top 10. Not cause I'm a huge Metallica fan, but because those are the albums you obviously love the most... why would you not rank them so high to please others? Having said that, I did that for my decade charts with Beatles and U2, but the overall chart I may change to be one artist per if I get around to it.
Regardless, we also have 19 albums in common. Lots of Foo and RATM in your top 5=I agree 100%.
