Cygnus X-1 part 2 may not be as good a 2112 (song) but is right up there imo and the rest of this album is also great. La Villa Strangiato top 10 favourite songs (off the top of my head).

What an amazing album. Seemingly detailing a lot biographic stories of grief this album comes across to me as very beautiful and honest.

After temporarily ditching crazy horse this album masters a far more country/folk sound whilst also maintaining some great electric guitar songs.

Probably the first album with an arguably 'weaker track' but the two ~10 minute tracks and the rest of the album more than make up for it.

Short and sweet. Some great songs and vocal performances on the album. Decent variety helps the flow of the album with great softer pieces such as the title track and 'don't let it bring you down' with heavier pieces such as the ball of rage which is 'southern man'.
